About Pretty docs

The idea of Pretty Docs was born from the unlimited requests I receive from family members, friends, colleagues, and friends of friends over the years to write, edit, and review the content of others.

I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a concentration in Business & Technical Writing.

​

I have vast experience writing a diverse set of documents including press releases, articles, blogs, business plans and proposals, corporate white papers, business forms, website copy, and social media content. 

​

During my career as a writer I have gained knowledge of the AP Stylebook, MLA Handbook, and The Chicago Manual of Style.

​

I author content in DITA XML, Microsoft Word Macro Templates, and generate outputs to .pdf, .docx, and html5 and html6 formats.

​

I previously worked as a contributing writer for GSA Business, a bi-weekly newspaper covering business news in Upstate South Carolina.
